On Monday, November 24, the Check@Home consortium came together in Utrecht for an inspiring meeting. We reflected on the first results of Ik test and looked ahead to the plans for the coming period. More than 10.000 people have now been invited to Ik test. Around 45% of the invited participants are taking part in Ik test. A great result that shows the progress of the study.
In an interactive session, we explored one of the work packages in depth, shared insights, and collaborated on the next steps for the project. The enthusiasm for exchanging ideas made this session particularly valuable.
A big thank you to all parties for their commitment and valuable contributions!
Within the Check@Home consortium, we are working together to develop a nationwide approach for the early detection of cardiovascular diseases, chronic kidney disease, and type 2 diabetes. Detecting a disease early allows treatment to reduce the risk of stroke, dialysis, or kidney transplantation.
